Lube-N-Walk Treadmill Lubrication Kit Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I bought this after coming across recommendations for the product on several websites. The problem is that it comes in two versions: paraffin or silicone. My treadmill is older and requires paraffin lubrication. I thought I was ordering the paraffin version, but I am not sure what I received, since there is nothing on either the box or inside packaging indicating what the lubricant is. I checked the company (JAD products) website and they don't give any indication there either (different product numbers or bar code, etc). Very confusing packaging by JAD and Amazon needs to be clear about what version of the product it is selling. Bottom line: If you need paraffin lubricant, you are better off ordering from JAD products directly so you know what you are getting.

LifeSpan Fitness 100% Silicone Treadmill Belt Lubricant Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I use my treadmill 4 times a week and noticed that their was friction building up...I tried silicone from an auto parts store but the odor was unbearable and later learned that their are propellants in the aerosol cans that actually cause more harm than good!
I came across the LifeSpan treadmill lube, as I was looking for a product that was 100% silicone. It is easy to apply and I felt immediate results...I also like the fact that it provides me with a (1) year supply!

Horizon Fitness Silicone Treadmill Belt Lubricant Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)This is the silicone lubricant my treadmill requires , the 3 pack is handy, it should last for quite some time. Purchasing this product from amazon saved me atleast $10.00, rather than buying it from the Horizon website. It's always nice to save a few dollars.

Treadmill Care Kit Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)My guess is that 80% of us who buy treadmills use them 10 times or so, then use them as a laundry rack thereafter. Another 15% of us use them until they break, but never think about maintenance.

This package is a good deal if you are in the last 5% - the people who use their treadmill and are willing to tune it up every few months. If so, good for you. Your body and your treadmill will both thank you.

This kit has five parts:

1) A compressed air can that is handy for blowing dust out of the hard-to-reach areas of the treadmill.

2) Belt cleaner to clean off the walking belt. (Enough for four cleanings).

3) 2 doses of lube to go between the walking belt and the unit.

4) Some "belt dressing" to clean off and condition the drive belt, inside the unit.

5) A basic but clear manual explaining how and when to use the other items.

I used my treadmill for about a year, until it started to develop a severe squeak, then figured I would try this kit. Cleaning the treadmill and lubricating the two belts has helped a lot, and the squeak has been gone for the last several weeks. Now that I have seen this kit, I wish that I had thought about maintaining my treadmill *before* it started to give me problems, but so far, so good.
Also, the seller, TreadmillDoctor is just a great company. If you have questions about maintaining or repairing your treadmill, I strongly recommend that you check out their site and e-mail them before calling in a repairperson. I was very glad that *I* did.

World Famous Lube Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)Shopping for treadmill lube is more difficult than you might think, and most stores charge far too much for this item. This is a bargain for what seems to be great belt lubricant. I will order from this seller again.

Lube N Walk Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)It was so easy - took 2 minutes to lube my treadmill and not messy at all. I thought I had to have someone "service" my treadmill from the manufacturer but I saw this and it saved me $200. My treadmill definitely runs better, so I'll be using this as needed. The bottle of lubricant is enough for about 6 uses, so I feel like it was a good product for the price too!

Treadmill Silicone Lube - 8 Oz. Now Odor Free A Full 8 Oz Enough for 8 Applications Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I previously posted a review of this product that complained about its overpowering smell. Well, the manufacturer must have read it. I gave it another try after seeing it advertised on Amazon as "Now Odor Free." It is, and now I use it for my treadmills. I am replacing my previous two-star post with this one.
The product came with an extra spray cap. I loosen the belts on my treadmills and spray the lubricant directly on the hardboards once a month. I cannot tell the difference between this product and Lifespan Fitness's lubricant. Both are extremely slick, resilient, and odorless - but with this one, you get twice as much for the same price.
This is the best treadmill lubricant at the best price I've found.

Protech-N-Walk Deluxe Treadmill Care Kit Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I wouldn't purchase this product again, or recommend it to anyone else either. However, I raised the quality problem of the product relative to the price to the company and they did take action that leads me to believe they're a good company that wants to do the right thing by their customers. However, I think they should discontinue this particular product and try to find something of better quality as the price for this is way too high. They have a price of I think 30.00 and in my opinion it's worth about maybe 10.00.

Lube-N-Walk Deluxe Treadmill Maintenance Kit Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I just recently purchased a treadmill for the first time, and it was recommended to me that I wax it every 3 months, not the every 6 months indicated in the manual since I run on it alot.
I ordered this wax kit and it received it pretty quickly without any complaints.
The instructions were pretty simple to follow, and the actual application of the wax on the "wand" and then on the treadmill, in thoery, were fairly simple as well.
I only gave the product 3 stars for the following reasons:
1. the lube is quite runny and it did drip on things as I maneuvered it onder the treadmill belt.
2. the applicator wand is NOT designed for wide treadmill decks (I believe mine is 22" wide) so it was VERY hard to move the stick up and down the deck because my belt was just slightly wider than the stick. Now only was it difficult to move, the edge of the belt tore my fingers up in the process.
In the end, the lube does do it's job, it's just not super easy getting it there if you've got a wide deck.
