Besides telling the time, its a chronograph (stop watch & lap timer), Altimeter (which is great cause I hike and climb in the mountains), barometer (cool for weather forecasting of pressure), pedometer section gives you a timer, distance, average speed, max speed, odometer, steps, and calories burned. Simple to set up, and measure my stride, and then away I go! It is perfect! Love, it, love it, love it! Too bad they dont have one that looks a bit more feminine... No worries! Still love it! :)

(More customer reviews)Just like the other three reviews here before me, this product is just plain awesome. I've been looking for a one device that can do pretty much everything. I've searched the web and especially Amazon until I encounter this product. I was kind of skeptical in the beginning with only three positive reviews but I told myself what the heck. Worst case scenario is I return the darn thing and get a different one. I am glad that I made the right decision of purchasing it. It does HRM, pedometer, chrono, alarm, waterproof, PC-link via USB and lots more. As an athlete that works out four times a week, this is a must for me. I have used the chrono training to determine my lap, steps, fat and calorie burn.
If you are looking for a sports watch that packs a ton of features, this is a must for you.

I could not read the heart rate display unless I was standing still and held the device up close. Otherwise, it worked very well, but I had to return it because of the small display.

It just appears that everything about this watch is a bit off or incorrect. Definitely not a put on and go watch, you will need to spend a good amount of time with it.
