(More customer reviews)Bought this cause Consumer Reports rated very good.Haven't learned to program it yet. Instructions not very clear.Easy to use in manual mode. One note of caution: this is very heavy. It took 2 guys from the trucking company to get it in the house. But hay, on tax or shipping. The box was 7'X 3.5'& weight almost 300 LBS.Was easy to assemble. Was packed very good. Have been burning the cardboard all winter in our woodburner.I'm up to almost a mile at a fast walk with the incline all the way up.Very happy with it.

AFG 13.0 AT Platform TreadmillOffering a powerful motor, 10 preset workout programs, and advanced proFILE performance tracking, the AFG 13.0 AT platform treadmill delivers a health-club-quality workout in the comfort of your own home. The 13.0 AT treadmill is equipped with an ultra-quiet 2.5-horsepower continuous-duty motor that delivers more power with less noise. As a result, you can enjoy your workout without having to crank the volume on your TV or radio, even when you're in a full sprint. The treadmill also makes it easy to track your fitness level over time thanks to its exclusive proFILE technology. The system lets up to two users monitor and evaluate a variety of workout statistics, including time, calories, pace, and distance. And frequent runners will love the console's built-in iPod/MP3 holder, which gives you a safe place to store your workout soundtrack. Need a little extra motivation for the last 10 minutes of your run? Turn up the music from the comfort of the console and jog away.
The 13.0 AT treadmill also boasts an optimized running area, with a 20-by-60-inch running deck that's wide enough to give you plenty of side-to-side room but narrow enough to let you step off quickly if necessary. Other details include a heavy-gauge steel frame that won't shift or creak during the most intense exercise sessions, contact heart rate sensors in the handlebars, and a Polar wireless heart rate receiver.
