ifit 8-week Workout Program Wellness Level 3 Workout Card Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I bouoght this for my new treadmill. Unfortunately, I should have ordered a beginners card. The first workout went over 6 mph and I really wanted a good walking program. If you can run that fast, I am sure this is a good item.

Ifit Jillian Michaels Weight Loss Program Level 2 Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)Okay, I know this product isn't getting rave reviews - but I think it's because most are thinking it's a step up from level 1. I used the card that came with the treadmill and then thought - I'm ready for level 2 - I'll try the weight loss one. Needless to say, this thing has been kicking my butt!
It actually takes me about 3 days to make it through one of the programs - without having to change the speed or incline. I make sure I've completed a program before going on to the next. This workout really gets me to sweating and I've noticed a big increase in my fitness as a result of using this program. AND, due to having to run through each program about 3 times it's been well worth the price.

Ifit Jillian Michaels Weight Loss Program Level 3 Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)Do not buy this card for the exercise bike. This card is for Treadmills, Ellipticals, Bikes and Incline Trainers as labeled on the front of the product. Not in the description here on Amazon but labeled on the product itself. Unfortunately they ripped this new card off of their old level 3 ifit card. This level 3 card does not burn even half the calories it says it does. Most of my bikes own programs are much harder than any of the 25 programs this card has. I cannot speak for anything other than the bike programs, my treadmill has ifit but not the card slot. Reviews on ifit's own site rave about how hard the treadmill workouts are, as they should be for level 3. But not for the bike. BTW, bot a fan of ifit in general. The progression of their products is slow, unreliable, and seems geared towards making you purchase new equipment to use their new technology. My opinion.

Ifit Jillian Michaels Weight Loss Program Level 1 Review

(More customer reviews)I used my card until one day the card didn't work. It was my fault. I killed the card!
Your nordic trac machines have a magnet on the key that you clip to your clothing and start the machine with. They also have those handy trays to place your treadmill accessories. If you put that magnetized key next to these cards, you WILL wipe out all the data on your card.
I bought new cards (I recommend you try Jillian Michaels series) and made backups just in case I erase these as well.
