(More customer reviews)It's a pretty good exercise machine. It came with a two page written and picture instructions and only took 2 minutes to put together. It doesn't take a lot of room. Surprisingly the machine works out the front as well as the back part of your body. I find that it also works out your heart. Your heart is not beating fast, but you do get out of breath. It's worth the price, but shippping is like, $30.00.
