(More customer reviews)It's not heavy and doesn't take up space so serves well as a everyday exercise station. I use it while I watch a sitcom. It doesn't give you a toned body in 1 week, but I bought it for a long-term health improvement so I think it's perfect for that purpose. The only complaint I had is the connecting piece of the resistance band was made of thin plastic so it broke when I was trying to connect it to the machine, so I never got to use the band. I am using regular 3lb weight instead, and they work just as well. This might be the one I can stick with.
