I've replaced a lot of heavy equipment with the Total Gym because it's just so small and easy to use. The handle and belt of the Total Gym are firm yet comfortable. I can get really creative with this product and almost target every muscle on my body. I'm very satisfied with the Total Gym and will recommend it to everyone who wants a better body.
