(More customer reviews)I bought this item on the recommendation of a friend who took a look at my treadmill. It was a logical decision, but didn't solve the problem. I called the Treadmill Doctor help # and was pleasantly surprised at the response. The tech walked me through a series of diagnostic steps and left me with some more to try. When I was done, it seemed a different part was needed. I called again, got an RMA and sent the first part back. They had a small delay in their system, but an email solved that overnight and I received the other item yesterday. Will try it tomorrow.
