(More customer reviews)Excellent product and service. Although this item arrived a bit later than expected due to shipping area/schedule, it did arrive in good condition. The first big excercise that I had with this machine involved moving it to my basement. Even after removing the covers and foot pedals, it was still a heavy task as the frame was built like a tank. After assembly, the unit was smooth. Even my sister commented that she liked this unit better than the one that she uses in the gym. The only issue that I had was that it was missing the heart rate chest monitor. I called Bodysolid about this. Not only did I quickly get someone on the phone, but they quickly shipped out the monitor which I received in about 3 days. As mentioned, overall great service and one well built machine.
