(More customer reviews)I recently purchased this treadmill and have been trying to attach the base to the frame without lifting it several inches off the floor. It crashes to the floor each time I step on it. The instructions do not specify that you have to lift the base. I have been placed on hold forever trying to get in touch with tech support. If I don't figure this out, it will be returned.
