(More customer reviews)This product takes about 8-10 seconds to read your pulse while you hold the button down. It is very hard to use when running because you have to hold on to the button to read your pulse. It is also hard to read, the display is not large enough and not well lit even with the light on. Forget about reading it at night or while running. The instructions are very poor and leave you to figure out how the features work. It works, it is just not a very good product and not very useful. It will not continuously monitor your heart rate. Pay $5 more and get a Polar brand which is far better. The age setting will not save when you enter it.
