(More customer reviews)I purchased my Bowflex and it was recommended by Consumer Reports that for this item that it was a good idea to purchase a service contract. I had a small crack in my treadmill walking mat, called for service and I had no problems whatsoever. The new mat was shipped to my house and the repair people were here quickly and professionally, replacing my treadmill walking mat. Absolutely no hassel!
