I was able to assemble this with the "disposable" tools included...didnt even have to open my toolbox. Quite literally 4 bolts, 4 screws and clipping a few wire harnesses together. The only challenging part was moving the unit into place, as the freight guys would only bring it in uust inside my door. I suggest two people to move it. Very doable!!! Runs like a dream. Unit is very quiet as the name implies, quite smooth. Programs are cool.... Very straight forward operation. I am quite pleased. If you are not tech/tool savvy, take your time and make sure all wire harnesses are connected to their proper mates. The directions are very easy. MANY of the screws listed on the parts list are already on the machine and in place, so dont freak out because they're not in the bag! Thats all I can think of. OH, this unit is recommended by Runner's World mag, and it is a goooood recommendation!
