(More customer reviews)I have used my elliptical runner for years and had grown quite bored and dreaded my workouts. After trying these workouts I realized that I was working much harder than I ever had on the elliptical and my dreaded hour was passing quickly. The music and the instruction are great and keep you engaged throughout. I wish I had found this years ago. Along with the Silvernail Studio DVDs, these workouts have really changed my fitness routine.
