(More customer reviews)I received this product with a couple of broken parts, one of them is used to lift it so I cannot lift the treadmill. The other broken part is the cable which is used to connect the computer (or main controller unit) with the sides of the treadmill. I contacted the seller many, MANY time with no response, they have not answered any phone call or email I sent to them. I asked Amazon to help me and I received a message saying "You should contact the seller", which I did but I'm still have not any response from them.
I do not what to do, this is a 1000 dollars product and I cannot use it since the seller (and Amazon) have not sent me the parts to fix the problems.
Please, do not buy anything from this seller!!!!
