(More customer reviews)The motor on my treadmill was singing a siren song so I decided it was time to replace it. The treadmill was in too good shape to ditch and buy new again so I hoped I was making the right decision in replacing the motor. It was. All is quite on the eastern front again.
It takes some mechanical ability to remove and replace a motor. If you don't have a toolbox with a half inch socket set in it you probably don't have enough experience.
Hint: take some pictures so you'll know how the wires hook up and don't over-tighten the treadmill belt.
