But wanted to at least try it, since it looked like fun, was easily portable---and easy to store, and could quite possibly kick my hiney. Also, with a money back gaurantee, you can't go wrong. I felt the burn to my calves and front thights about 3 or 4 minutes in. And I can work out upstairs OR downstairs----or even out on the deck---because it is so easy to move. Now I just have to use it EVERY DAY! THAT is the trick. Have not utilized the DVD yet. Have just worked out to music.
